Day 1 – Raipur
Once you reach Raipur, meet your guide and then get transferred to Kawardha Palace where you will stay overnight.
Day 2 – BHORAMDEO TEMPLE
In the morning, post breakfast, head out to visit the famous and enchanting Bhoramdeo temple.Witness the flamboyant sunset at Sarodha or head to visit Baiga Tribe village.
Day 3 – KANKER
Post breakfast, begin your trip to Kanker Palace.You can either carry a picnic lunch or stop over for lunch at a Hotel in Raipur.Get a warm welcome at the palace in the traditional way.Freshen up and then gather to enjoy the entertainment programmes conducted by folk musicians and have some beverages.Members of the Royal Family will join them to share their insights into the life of the region.
Day 4 – TRIBAL HAAT
Have breakfast and start to visit the village of the Deer-Horn Muria tribe and also know more about the Ghotul System.Taste the wonderful village food with some local tardy and feel being one among them.Move to have the glimpses of the tribal Haat or market where the more glittering life of the tribes can be observed.
Day 5 – JAGDALPUR
Have breakfast and then leave for Jagdalpur which is the famous and largest center of Bastar.Get your lunch packed and have it somewhere in the deep forest.Enjoy the splendid forms of tribal life with a three hour long journey.You will get a short detour to visit Tribal craft communities of Kondagaon which is the primary centre of Bell Metal, Wrought Iron and Terracotta.Check in to your hotel and later set out to visit Dhurva tribe weekly market.
Day 6 – CHITRAKOTE
In the morning, start exploring the other major parts of the tribal land. Visit the famous Bison-Horn Maria tribe which is the famous tribe doing weaving. Their dance and hospitality are quite famous.
During the second half of the day, proceed to another weekly market and then to the breathtaking attraction, Chitrakot waterfalls.
Day 7 – Raipur
Today, you will be taken to Raipur where the tour gets concluded.
